Financing
Monthly payment options available
A new water heater or a repipe doesn't have to come out of one paycheck. Ask about monthly payment options when we give you your written quote.
How it works
How paying monthly works
Start from a written price
Financing is worked out on a real price. The visit ends with a price written line by line, so you know what you would be borrowing for.
Say you'd like to pay monthly
Tell the plumber when they hand you the price. We explain the options open for your job and how the application works.
The lender makes the decision
The lender reviews the application and sets the terms. The decision is theirs, not ours.
Your job goes on the calendar
With the price signed and the payments settled, we pull the permit and book the start date.
Our promises
Kept on every job, large or small
- We tell you when your pipes don't need replacing
- Every price in writing before the work starts
- Floors covered and the work area cleaned before we leave
- One folder at the end: closed permit, photos and warranty papers
Before you sign
Get these in writing from any lender
Whoever lends the money, these answers belong on paper before you sign.
- The APR
- It folds the fees in with the interest, so it's the fair figure for comparing one offer with another.
- The total you repay
- A low monthly figure can hide a long term. Ask for the full amount over the life of the loan.
- Paying it off early
- Some loans charge for early payoff. Check, in case you sell the house or refinance.
- Whether the loan is secured
- Some home improvement loans put a lien on the house. Know which kind you're signing.
- What happens if the job changes
- If the job turns up a second worn section of pipe, ask how the extra is paid: a new application, or room in the first one.
Upfront service call price
Ask for a service call
A few lines about the problem is plenty. We'll call to settle on a day, find the cause, then give you a written price before any repair starts.
- Service call price told to you when you book
- Written price before any work starts
- Repair or replace, explained plainly
