The plumber finds the cause
We look past the drip or the clog to the reason for it, a worn valve, a joint full of roots or a pipe that is failing along its length. You hear what we found in plain words and can see it for yourself.
You get a written price
The repair price is in writing before any work starts. When a pipe or a water heater is old enough that replacing it makes sense, you get both prices on one page and decide for yourself.
We fix it and test it
The repair gets done, the line is run or pressure tested and the work area is cleaned. Before we leave you know where your main shut-off is and that it turns.
